Administrative Policy of Governing Board
Procedure:
The Board of Directors shall ensure that all Federal, State and local regulations are met and that the Board is legally constituted. This includes appropriate charters filed with the Secretary of State, as well as charters in each of the two counties. These documents are available for public and staff inspection.
