Establishing Organizational Policies


Procedure:

An agency policy manual will be maintained to include statements regarding, but not limited to the following:

  1. Agency Structure
  2. Personnel
  3. Fiscal Accountability
  4. Fire Safety
  5. Staff Development Activities/Needs
  6. Planning and Evaluation Designs
  7. Programs and Services
  8. Health and Safety
  9. Nondiscrimination Practices
  10. Relationship between Executive Director and the Board
  11. Missing Persons

Purpose

The Board shall annually review, revise as necessary and approve policies pertaining to the operation of the agency.
