Acting Executive Director in Absence of Executive Director


Procedure:

In the absence of the Executive Director the Director of Family Supports shall assume the duties of acting Executive Director. Financial decisions exceeding prescribed spending limits of the acting Executive director shall be approved by the Board Chair.

In the absence of the Executive Director and the Director of Family Supports the Director of Operations shall assume the duties of acting Executive Director. Financial decisions exceeding prescribed spending limits of the acting Executive Director shall be approved by the Board Chair.

Purpose

To identify a staff member to assume the duties of acting Executive Director in the absence of the Executive Director.
