- Outings within the county may be approved by the program administrator or their designee. Approval must be obtained prior to the outing date.
- Outings outside of the county must be approved by the Executive Director or their designee.
- Out of State outings need to be approved by the Executive Director. There must be adequate funds in the budget for the outing.
- It will be the responsibility of the appropriate supervisor and administrator to ensure sufficient staff are assigned to the outing to provide for accountability and safety needs.
