Personal Phone


Procedure:

Due to the nature of the work involved at MDCBDSN, it is mandatory that all employees have a personal phone available that receives in-coming calls in order to receive work assignments and to respond to emergency calls. Changes in phone numbers and addresses must be reported immediately to personnel. In the event of any emergencies contact must be made with your supervisor to remain abreast of work schedule.

Supervisors should notify personnel if an employee is found not to have a personal phone available.

Purpose

Employees must have a personal phone available that receives in-coming calls in order to receive work assignments and to respond to emergency calls.
