Board Meeting Minutes


Procedure:

The minutes of all board meetings will be prepared, reviewed and approved by the Board monthly. Following Board approval the approved minutes shall be signed and dated by the Executive Director and Board Chair.

Purpose

To provide a procedure for recording, review, and approval of meeting minutes for all meetings of the Board.
