Table of Organization


Procedure:

The Executive Director shall be responsible for the development of a Table of Organization which describes the programs, services, staffing and reporting relationships within the agency.

Purpose

To provide for the development of a table of organization which describes the various departments and staffing for the provision of Board provided programs and services on behalf of the citizens of Marion and Dillon Counties.
